1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Lucky 866. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Lucky 866 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Lucky 866 website, mobile interface, and all products and services made available through them.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or in any other way accessing Lucky 866, you confirm that:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: Each individual person may hold only one Lucky 866 account. Multiple accounts per person — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited.
• Own funds: You must be betting with money that belongs to you and is not the subject of any loan obligation you cannot meet. You must not fund your Lucky 866 account with proceeds from criminal activity.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion restriction on Lucky 866 or any associated platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of Lucky 866 and its associated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts.

Lucky 866 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements. Providing false information to satisfy eligibility criteria is a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access any real-money features on Lucky 866, you must first register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid password.

You are responsible for:

Lucky 866 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Your identity must be verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name that matches the identity on your Lucky 866 account.

Withdrawal processing times on Lucky 866 are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 60 seconds in most cases, maximum 15 minutes.
• Bank transfer via IBFT: 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Lucky 866 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000. Withdrawal requests that are flagged for review will be processed within 48 hours of all required documentation being received.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 866 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page. The following general rules apply to all Lucky 866 bonuses:

• One bonus at a time: Only one deposit bonus may be active in your account at any given time. The welcome bonus and Monday reload bonus cannot be claimed simultaneously.
• Wagering requirement: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. The default wagering requirement on Lucky 866 deposit bonuses is 5x (five times the bonus amount), unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a deposit bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is Rs 1,000 unless explicitly permitted otherwise. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Abuse: Lucky 866 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings, and to close the account, of any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, exploiting error odds, or coordinating with other accounts.

Lucky 866 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players by email or in-app notification.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and PSL bets placed on Lucky 866:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number is generated and displayed on your screen. If no reference number is shown, the bet has not been accepted.
• Odds: All odds displayed on Lucky 866 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Lucky 866 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds. Bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided and stakes returned.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs or time required for a result under the relevant sport's rules, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets may be settled based on the play that occurred — see individual market rules.
• Result disputes: The official result of the governing body of the relevant competition (e.g. PCB for PSL) will be used to settle all bets. Lucky 866 results are final once settled and any manifest error has been corrected.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout on a single bet on Lucky 866 is Rs 50,00,000. Multi-bet parlays may have a lower maximum payout as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Account responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all bets are placed intentionally and accurately. Lucky 866 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

8. Casino and Games

The following rules apply to all casino games and casual games on Lucky 866, including slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo, and Aviator:

• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes on Lucky 866 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of a real dealer. Lucky 866 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• RTP: The Return to Player percentage for each slot and casino game is published in the game's information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome.
• Game interruption: If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before the outcome is determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet. If the outcome has been determined at the time of interruption, the result stands.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request, or where no violation is found, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 866's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
